Luxury wedding design, fabrication & technical production
We design, build and technically produce luxury and large-scale weddings — bespoke kosha and bridal stages, ballroom and venue transformation, entrances and aisles, lighting, sound, LED and show moments. We work directly with the couple and family or alongside the wedding planner they appoint, so the vision on the moodboard is the room the guests walk into.
The wedding you imagined, built and lit properly
A wedding is judged in a few moments: the first view of the room, the entrance, the walk to the kosha, the photographs everyone keeps. We design for those moments. Our team turns the couple's references into a scenic concept and 3D visuals, then fabricates the kosha, stage, backdrops, entrance features and table-scape structures in our workshop so finishes, proportions and lighting are tested before the venue opens its doors to us.
Technical production carries the night. Lighting design shapes the room for guests and for the camera; sound is tuned for speeches, zaffa and music; LED, projection and content add the entrance film or a projected backdrop where the design calls for it. We rehearse the key cues with the planner, family representatives and photographers so every entrance, reveal and first dance runs to plan.
Families often ask for privacy first. Where requested, we plan separate halls or areas and the guest flows between them, controlled photography zones, discreet crew access and screened service routes, and agree with the family who may film what. The couple, family or appointed planner leads the wedding plan, catering and entertainment; we deliver the design, build and technical production around it and coordinate closely with the hotel, venue, planner and caterer.

How a wedding production runs — and what to send us
We start with references and a venue visit, then share a concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal. Once approved, fabrication starts in our workshop while we agree the build window, power, rigging points and load-in with the venue. Outdoor weddings, desert or garden sites and temporary marquees add site checks for ground, wind, heat, access and power, and any structural, rigging, electrical or special-effects element is delivered with qualified specialist partners and the venue or authority permissions it needs.
A useful brief includes: approximate guest count and whether separate spaces are needed; the venue or site and city; the date if confirmed; an indicative budget; your references or moodboard; the scenic and technical elements you want (kosha, entrance, LED, show moments); your planner's and caterer's contacts if appointed; and any privacy or photography requirements.
How we work with you
- Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
- Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
- Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
- Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
- Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Do you plan the whole wedding?
We design, build and technically produce the wedding — scenic, kosha, lighting, sound, LED and show moments. The overall wedding plan, catering and entertainment are led by the family or their appointed planner, and we work closely with them. If you have no planner yet, tell us and we will explain what we can coordinate.
Can you work with our wedding planner?
Yes. Many of our wedding briefs come through planners. We take their concept and run sheet, develop the design and technical drawings, and deliver the build and production as their production partner.
How do you handle privacy and separate guest areas?
We agree the requirements with the family first, then plan separate halls or areas, guest and service routes, screened crew access and controlled photography zones accordingly. Crew briefings cover phones and photography on the day.
Can the wedding be outdoors or in a temporary venue?
Yes, after a site check for ground, access, wind, heat and power. Marquees, flooring, power and any structural or rigging elements are delivered with qualified partners and the permissions the site requires.
Do you have an office or workshop in this location?
Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
