Concert production for arenas, stadia and open-air stages

We design and deliver the physical and technical production around a concert — stage and set, LED and video, lighting, audio coordination, rigging plans, scenic surrounds and sponsor areas — for promoters, venues and brands.

What concert production covers

The promoter owns the event, the artists and the tickets. Our role is production: translating the artists’ technical riders and the creative brief into a stage, set and screen design, then delivering the structure, video, lighting and scenic package with a schedule that fits the venue’s load-in and curfew.

In Saudi Arabia, concerts happen at arenas such as Onyx Arena in Jeddah, at venues such as Maraya in AlUla, during seasonal programmes in Riyadh and Jeddah, and at large outdoor sites. Riyadh Season venues have included Mohammed Abdu Arena and the Abu Bakr Salem stage; Jeddah has used Abadi Al Johar Arena. Each venue’s rules and availability are confirmed with its operator.

Where we plan concert production

Riyadh, Jeddah, AlUla, Diriyah and the Eastern Province most often, plus open-air sites elsewhere in the Kingdom and across the GCC. Outdoor shows add generator power, ground protection, wind management and weather hold points.

Music programmes such as MDLBEAST’s XP Music Futures in Riyadh, Balad Beast in Jeddah’s Al-Balad and Beast House at JAX in Diriyah show the range of formats in the market; we mention them as context, not as affiliations, and site and dates are announced by the organiser each edition.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a concert promoter?

No. We do not book artists or sell tickets. We provide production services to promoters, venues and brands.

Do you supply the sound system?

We specify and coordinate audio to the artists’ riders through suitable specialist suppliers as part of the production package, alongside our stage, LED, lighting and scenic scope.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
