Project and event delivery for The Red Sea

The Red Sea is a luxury tourism destination developed by Red Sea Global on the west coast, spanning islands, coastline, desert and mountains, with a strong emphasis on regenerative tourism.

About The Red Sea

The Red Sea is a separate destination from AMAALA, also developed by Red Sea Global. Work here means remote, environmentally sensitive sites: low-impact structures, controlled lighting, careful waste handling and logistics planned around marine and road access.

Typical briefs are resort and hospitality launch events, partner showcases, guest experiences and private events organised through resort operators.

What we deliver here

Low-impact event builds

Reusable modular structures, minimal ground fixing and directional lighting for protected coastlines.

Launch events

Product, hotel, retail and development launches with reveal moments, staging, media areas and guest flow.

Galas & VIP events

Award nights, dinners and VIP receptions with staging, lighting, décor and guest management.

Outdoor sites & temporary structures

Tents, overlay, shade and temporary structures planned with ground conditions, wind, heat and access in mind.

AV, LED & lighting

LED walls, projection, sound and lighting specified to the content and space, installed and tested before doors open.

Retail & hospitality fit-outs

Showrooms, sales suites, lounges and retail interiors produced from approved drawings and finishes.

How we work on destination projects

We are an independent design, fabrication and production company. On The Red Sea projects we work for clients — brands, agencies, operators or contractors — who appoint us, under the developer’s site access, safety, environmental and design rules. We do not claim any appointment by Red Sea Global.

Development timelines and asset openings are announced by the developer. We plan to the dates and site status the client confirms, and do not treat announced assets as available venues.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Are The Red Sea and AMAALA the same place?

No. They are separate destinations developed by Red Sea Global, each with its own location and planning context.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
