Event production in Makkah Region

Makkah Region combines Jeddah’s exhibitions, concerts and waterfront events, Makkah’s faith-centred programmes, Taif’s highland seasons and a long Red Sea coastline. We plan each with the right content approach, logistics and climate assumptions.

Planning projects in Makkah Region

Jeddah is the region’s commercial events centre: exhibitions and conferences, arena concerts, Al-Balad heritage-district programmes and Corniche or waterfront activations. Humidity and salt air affect electronics, finishes and adhesives, so we specify materials and protection for coastal conditions.

In Makkah, events centre on Hajj and Umrah services, hospitality and government programmes, and we brief every crew on the city’s protocol and access rules. Taif and Al Hada/Al Shafa suit summer-season and outdoor programmes; coastal governorates such as Rabigh, Al Lith and Al Qunfudhah are planned as remote-site deliveries.

Cities, governorates and towns

Places in Makkah Region that briefs commonly name include Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, Rabigh, Al Qunfudhah, Al Lith, Khulais, Al Jumum, Al Kamil, Al Khurmah, Ranyah, Turabah, Maysan, Adham, Al Ardiyat, Al Muwayh, Bahrah, Thuwal, Al Hada, Al Shafa. These are a mix of cities, towns, governorates and localities; the list is a planning reference, not a complete administrative register.

Jeddah Central is an announced redevelopment of central Jeddah’s waterfront. Briefs linked to it are treated as development-launch and showcase projects; we do not describe planned assets as operating venues.

Thuwal, home to a major university campus, and Rabigh, an industrial and coastal city, generate research, academic and industrial conference briefs that need equipment shipped in from Jeddah.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you adapt content for events in Makkah?

Yes. Content, music, visuals and crew briefings follow the city’s character and the client’s guidance, and access arrangements are confirmed before travel.

What changes for outdoor events on the Jeddah coast?

Wind loading on structures and LED, humidity protection for electronics, corrosion-resistant fixings and shade for crews and guests all enter the design from day one.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
