Event production in Riyadh Region

Riyadh Region holds the Kingdom’s densest calendar of trade shows, government summits, corporate launches and entertainment seasons. We design, fabricate and produce for that calendar — from exhibition halls in the capital to desert festival sites north of the city.

Planning projects in Riyadh Region

Most briefs here are tied to a venue with its own exhibitor manual — RICEC, Riyadh Front and the newer Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham are three different sites with different access and build rules — so we confirm the exact hall before drawings start. Government and ministry events add protocol, security accreditation and bilingual content requirements that shape the schedule.

Outside the capital the work changes character: heritage settings in Diriyah, open desert sites around Banban and Malham, agricultural and industrial programmes in Al Kharj, and community or university events in governorates such as Al Majmaah, Shaqra and Wadi Al Dawasir. Long road distances to the southern and western governorates are planned into transport and crew time.

Cities, governorates and towns

Places in Riyadh Region that briefs commonly name include Riyadh, Diriyah, Al Kharj, Ad Dilam, Al Majmaah, Al Dawadmi, Al Quwayiyah, Wadi Al Dawasir, Al Aflaj, Al Zulfi, Shaqra, Hawtat Bani Tamim, Al Ghat, Afif, Al Sulayyil, Dhurma, Al Muzahimiyah, Rumah, Thadiq, Huraymila, Al Hariq, Marat, Al Rayn, Malham, Banban. These are a mix of cities, towns, governorates and localities; the list is a planning reference, not a complete administrative register.

Business districts: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) hosts corporate and financial-sector events, including at the KAFD Conference Center. New Murabba is an announced downtown development in north-west Riyadh; project-launch and sales-suite briefs around it are planned as development launches, not as events inside a finished venue.

Seasonal sites: Riyadh Season zones, Boulevard Riyadh City and Boulevard World, and desert festival grounds in Banban and Malham run on their own operator rules and build windows, confirmed per edition.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Are RICEC, Riyadh Front and RECC Malham the same venue?

No. They are three separate exhibition sites in different parts of Riyadh Region, each with its own organiser manuals and logistics. We confirm which one your show uses first.

Can you produce in governorates far from the capital?

Yes. For places such as Wadi Al Dawasir, Al Sulayyil or Afif we plan transport, crew accommodation and generator power early, since local supply is more limited than in Riyadh city.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
